This roller coater works really well in our workshop. We can easily adjust the roller gap and speed via the touch‑screen control. When feeding panels through, the paint spreads evenly across the surface with almost no streaks or uneven edges. It handles UV and water‑based coatings nicely, and the paint recycling system helps us cut down material waste. We are happy with the consistent finishing result.

We have been using this roller coating machine . It delivers very uniform coating on flat workpieces. The roller speed and coating thickness can be adjusted precisely via the touch‑screen panel. Our operators can quickly set different recipes for various materials without complicated training. The machine runs stably during long‑hour continuous production. It can be connected with conveyors and drying ovens to build a full‑automatic coating line. Daily maintenance is straightforward. We only need to clean the rollers regularly to avoid paint residue buildup. It works well for wood, MDF and panel products. We are satisfied with its performance and would recommend this machine for surface coating production.
